BYOB stands for Be Your Own Boss and WBL stands for Work-Based Learning; both are educational modules developed under the USAID Opportunity 2.0 Program and integrated into the Philippine Department of Education (DepEd)'s Alternative Learning System (ALS) to equip out-of-school youth with entrepreneurial and workplace skills for future employment or business ventures. BYOB teaches business planning and management, while WBL offers hands-on experience in simulated work environments to build job readiness and soft skills.
